❓How do I join the Pro Shop Portal?
Just fill out the sign-up form with your shop info. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with access credentials to start ordering right away.
❓Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We keep minimums low to make testing easy — just 3 units per style or colorway to get started.
❓How are orders fulfilled?
All products are fulfilled on demand by Printful, our trusted production partner. Orders are produced and shipped directly to your address.
❓How long does fulfillment take?
Typical production takes 2–5 business days, with shipping times depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as the order ships.
❓Can I customize products with my logo?
At this time, wholesale items come with our standard branding (like the CIRCLE3 logo or Golf Weather mark). For larger custom projects, contact us directly.
❓Can I resell items at my own price?
Yes — all Pro Shop buyers are free to set their own retail prices.
❓Do you offer net terms or invoicing?
All orders are paid at checkout through the portal. We do not currently offer net terms.
❓Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
❓What if there's an issue with my order?
If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it quickly.
